Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you", or "your") and daun44 (hereinafter "daun44", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible atdaun44.cam (hereinafter the "Platform" or "Website").

By accessing, browsing, registering, or otherwise using any part of the daun44 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from registering an account.

These Terms apply to all services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, sports betting, lottery, arcade titles, and any promotional or bonus programmes operated by daun44. These Terms are to be read in conjunction with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the daun44 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The daun44 Platform is exclusively available to adults aged 21 and above.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you.
• You are registering and using the Platform on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of daun44, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the daun44 Platform for any reason.
• You are not suffering from any condition that impairs your capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• You accept full personal financial responsibility for all transactions made through your Account.

daun44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or termination.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold onlyone (1) Account on the daun44 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You undertake to promptly update your account information if any details change. daun44 accepts no responsibility for delays, losses, or errors arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify daun44 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Enable any additional security features made available by daun44, including two-factor authentication where offered.

daun44 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Malaysian market, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT TRC20, and BNB (BSC).

Minimum deposit: RM 50 for most payment methods (minimum equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment account or method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times are estimated as follows: e-walets (instant to15 minutes); bank transfers via FPX/DuitNow (5–30 minutes); cryptocurrency (15–60 minutes depending on network conditions).
• daun44 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Users who have not completed KYC may experience delays.
• Withdrawal requests may be rejected if the corresponding deposit was made in a manner that violates these Terms, or if the funds are suspected to be proceeds of fraudulent activity.
• Currency conversion fees, if any, are the User's responsibility. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in MYR unless a cryptocurrency equivalent is used.

daun44 offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, a referral programme, birthday bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• The welcome bonus programme is available to new Users only. One welcome bonus package is permitted per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• daun44 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a User's account, subject to the remaining terms of that specific promotion.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, the use of low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, or collusion with other Users — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses may be subject to game-specific contribution rates toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute at a higher rate than live casino or table games. Specific contribution rates are stated in the terms of each promotion.

All games available on the daun44 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino titles, professional live dealers operating from licensed studios. daun44 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no interest in doing so, given that games operate on pre-set RTP (Return to Player) rates determined by the game studios.

You acknowledge that online gaming involves inherent risk and that there is no guarantee of any particular outcome in any game. Any decision to wager Real Money Funds is made entirely at your own discretion and financial risk.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface prior to play.
• daun44 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed due to system errors, software faults, or incorrectly displayed odds or game parameters.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during gameplay, daun44 will use all reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last verifiable state. In cases where this is not possible, bets in progress may be voided and the corresponding stake returned.
• Sports bets placed after the comencement of the relevant event — unless clearly designated as in-play markets — may be voided at daun44's discretion.
• daun44 covers football markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, as well as UFC, tennis, basketball, and other international sports. Market availability is subject to change without notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the daun44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, or assisting another individual in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, including for the purpose of placing bets or exploiting game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any coordinated scheme to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any other financial crime, including the use of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winings accrued through such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker games, coordinated bonus abuse, or referal fraud.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of any individual who is under the age of 21 or who has been excluded from the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that is harassing, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful in relation to other users or daun44 staff.

daun44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, payment fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request or when otherwise required by daun44.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Receiving a self-exclusion request from the Account holder or a credible third-party request in respect of a problem gambling concern.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation that requires daun44 to restrict access to the Platform.

Upon termination for cause, daun44 reserves the right to withold and forfeit any Bonus Funds or winings derived from Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements. Any Real Money Funds in the Account at the time of termination for cause may also be withheld pending investigation.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting daun44 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Funds (net of applicable Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the User via the original deposit method, subject to KYC clearance.

All content on the daun44 Platform — including but not limited to the Platform's design, layout, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, software code, game content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of daun44 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, transmit, display, perform, publish, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of daun44.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to daun44 regarding the Platform may be used by daun44 freely and without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, daun44, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling decisions made on the Platform.
• Technical interruptions, system outages, or service unavailability that result in the loss of a bet or game session.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, including banks, e-wallet providers, or cryptocurrency networks.
• Errors in displayed odds, game parameters, or promotional terms resulting from technicalaults, provided such errors are corrected within a reasonable time.

daun44's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

daun44 is firmly committed to responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling behaviour, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and is only accessible to individuals aged21 years and above. We encourage all Users to set personal limits before beginning play and to seek help if gambling is affecting their financial situation, relationships, or mental health.

• Deposit and loss limit settings are available in your Account settings panel.
• Temporary self-exclusion periods of between 24 hours and 6 months can be activated on request.
• Permanent self-exclusion is available for Users who wish to close their account on responsible gambling grounds.

daun44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Users by email or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact daun44 support to initiate voluntary account closure.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which daun44 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and daun44, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance with a view to reaching an amicable resolution. daun44 is committed to responding to all formally submitted complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the daun44 support team, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction for the final resolution of any claim.
